Our dedicated Building and Construction Maintenance division provides maintenance services throughout the greater Sydney region across a variety of trades. The Building Maintenance team provide a thorough and high quality service to our clients by offering the following:

A dedicated team of administration and field staff who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

End to end job tracking and management via an innovative building maintenance software program

OH&S Management and training services

A diverse trade team with field supervisers to ensure high quality work output

Busicom is currently a principle contractor for NSW Public Works supplying 19 trade types to service sites in 9 Zones including Sydney, Western Suburbs, Penrith and Blue mountains and the greater Newcastle area. We are also an approved contractor with the Local Government Procurement (LGP) programme. Busicom Solutions employs 72 perm and temp maintenance tradesmen in the following trades:
